3.2. Prohibited Content: Employers are strictly prohibited from posting fraudulent, misleading, discriminatory, scam, or multi-level marketing jobs, or requesting sensitive personal information (such as banking details or government IDs) during the initial application phase.
3.3. Subscription Billing & Fees: Payments for X3 subscription packages are processed securely via our payment gateways. Subscriptions grant access to post job listings according to the specific tier purchased. Fees are non-refundable once the posting feature or billing cycle has commenced.
3.4. Limitation of Liability for Job Board: YepCyber acts solely as a neutral venue connecting candidates and employers. We do not vet every employer or candidate individually, we do not guarantee employment, and we assume no responsibility for the accuracy, quality, safety, or legality of job postings or candidate applications.
4. Digital Marketplace (AI Art, E-books & Digital Products)
4.1. Nature of Digital Goods: The Platform offers digital products, including AI-generated digital artworks, e-books, guides, and other downloadable resources.
4.2. Instant Delivery & Final Sale (No Refunds): Due to the irrevocable, intangible nature of digital products, all sales are final and non-refundable once the download or delivery link has been generated or accessed. By completing the purchase, you explicitly waive any statutory right of withdrawal or return, acknowledging that digital content cannot be returned once supplied.
